Fathom Frontiers Research History

The extremely high heat and evening thunderstorms may have slowed the team down, but the research went on as planned. The guys managed to setup the trail cam in a pretty good spot. When some new friends showed up the Sasquatch decided to come out and play. Look for new photos and videos coming soon.

Jesse and Alan return to their familiar spot at the valley. A couple of horses on the bridal trail force the two off trail and into some very interesting new areas. Wild life was everywhere as the team pushed deeper into the woods. Stay tuned for video from this trip soon. Photos are now HERE.

The guys hike off trail deep into the woods and setup the trail camera. On the return trip they bring Alan's nephew Chris along on his first hike. By the end,Chris appears to have had enough. Jesse put together a great time lapse video of the first 36 hours of stills from the trail cam. Photos are now HERE.

The team arrives to find the trail cam missing. Weather for this weekend was not kind to the guys as thunder storms rolled through squashing most of the research. Alan goes on asolo mission after leaving work early on a beatiful spring day. He finds a possible footprint in the mud and explores areas the team has not previously seen.

After hearing of recent reports in the area the team heads out to this new area. As the team starts to leave for the day, primate type whooping soundsare heard from the area they just vacated. There is more video on this still to be released, stay tuned.

The team heads back to Salt Fork to setup a baited trail cam trap. They hike into an area with a history of several sightings in hopes of catching a glimpse of the elusive Grassman. Stay tuned for future videos to see what they find.

The guys head out to Salt Fork to do some winter time research. They find the lack of leaves on the trees allows them to get a better idea on some of the layout of the park. Several hours are spent exploring and looking for clues. Stay tuned for video to be released from this adventure in the future.

The team returns to West Branch to retrieve their trail cam and check out another section of the park. This new area will need to be explored further as it seems to be a good location. Stay tuned for video to be released from this trip.

Time to check out a new area and see if West Branch holds any clues in our search for Ohio's sasquatch. Jesse and Alan setup one of their trail cams in hopes of collecting some evidence. Keep watching for video evidence coming soon.

The hunt at Salt Fork continues with another weekend in pursuit of the big guy. This time around the team may have got him on film. Stay tuned for that video in a future episode of Fathom Frontiers. The adventures of this trip were some of the best to date.

With Cuyahoga Valley fairly close to home the team spent many weekends exploring several different areas of this great park. A possible footprint was found and the guys exchanged woodknocking for almost an hour with some unknown animal. With many weeks of footage and trail cam pics stay tuned for some great future episodes of Fathom Frontiers.

With their second trip to Salt Fork Alan and Jesse have a better understanding of where to go and develop a plan to capture footage of the Ohio Grassman. The Birth of Fathom Frontiers. As we attended the 22nd Annual Bigfoot Confrence/Expo the name Fathom Frontiers had not even been discussed. Only while putting together our first episode was the name created. We were out of our element and struggling to figure out what we were doing. While on vacation in the area Alan and Jesse make their first ever hike into Bigfoot country. Strange occurances on that trip eventually led the guys to Salt Fork the following year. Unfortunatly no video was recorded on this trip. We will discuss details on this website about these events in the near futre. Stay tuned.

The first ever orginaized paranormal investigation for Alan and Jesse happened at this old historical prison that was once featured on The Ghost Hunters television show. Also on hand was Alan's girlfriend Holly and her mom Gwen. The team spent all night investigating all the spooky areas of the prison. Video and photos are availible and may be released from Fathom Frontiers...who knows?
